Massimo Bricocoli is Full Professor of Urban Planning and Technology and since 2020 Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies (DAStU) of the Polytechnic of Milan where he teaches Housing and Neighborhoods and Urban Ethnography. He has taught at the IUAV, the Cà Foscari University in Venice, the Université du Luxembourg and the HafenCity Universität in Hamburg. He deals with forms and methods of public action in territorial governance, the links between welfare policies and urban planning, urban regeneration, housing policies and projects. On these topics he coordinates and contributes to research projects in Italy and abroad and has published a large number of contributions. He is the scientific coordinator of OCA, the Affordable Home Observatory of Metropolitan Milan.

Marco Peverini obtained his PhD in Urban Planning, Design and Policy and is currently a post-doc research fellow at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies (DAStU) of the Polytechnic of Milan. His research focuses on the theme of housing affordability, from a perspective that investigates social sustainability in urban planning and is conducted within the framework of OCA, the Milan Metropolitan Affordable Home Observatory. He is part of the Fundamental Economics Collective and co-coordinates the working group "Social Housing: Institutions, Organization and Governance" of the European Network of Housing Research (ENHR).
