He has developed numerous Regulatory Plans, Regional Plans and Intervention Plans, as well as planning rules and regulations (Detailed Plans, Parcelling Plans, Restoration Plans, Public Building Plans, Planning Agreements, etc.). Sergio Lironi (1946). Architect, designer of many projects of public housing made in keeping with the principles of bio-architecture (Expo 2000 award, Bio-construction for a sustainable city, Ente Fiera Trieste) and various urban renewal programmes, including the Contract of the Savonarola District in Padua, involving experimentation with concrete application of the principles of urban ecology and participatory urbanism (inserted in the Best Practices Database UNCHS - Habitat in 1998, and European Solar Prize 2000 of Eurosolar). He has written many articles for magazines on ecology and architecture.
